Q: What is included in the President’s Club package?
A: The following amenities are included for you and your guest
Round-trip flights to Scotland for you and your guest (must be 18 or older)
Airport transportation to and from Gleneagles in Scotland
Five-night accommodations + taxes (one hotel room for you and your guest)
Resort fees, porterage, and housekeeping gratuities
Daily breakfast for you and your guest
Two activities per person
One group activity per person
Welcome & farewell dinner events
Cash stipend for dinner at leisure
Q: What if I don’t want to or can’t attend the event? Can I get a cash equivalent instead?
A: Unfortunately, there are no cash equivalents in lieu of the incentive trip in any circumstance.
Q: How do I register for President’s Club?
A: After you receive your congratulatory email from Mike Mills, you will receive an invitation from ivanti@rnepartners.com (our event partner for Club) with program details and the link to register for the trip. (Please check My Apps > Email Quarantine if you did not receive the email). Be sure to register with your Ivanti company email address: first.last@ivanti.com.
IMPORTANT: Pre- and post-trip extensions are permitted during registration, subject to availability, and any additional costs are the responsibility of the Ivanti winner. Modifying your travel dates within the event dates will not be allowed. Ivanti will incur additional expenses and impacts to its contractual commitments with suppliers.
Q: What is the deadline to register?
A: You must register by February 6, 2026, so we can ensure all your travel arrangements are lined up to make this an amazing experience for you and your adult guest.
Q: How do I book my flights?
A: Once you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information regarding your flights, including a link to the AllFly Quest portal. Airfare is included for you and your 18+ guests.
Note: If your journey is longer than 9 consecutive hours of flying time, you will be allowed to book Economy Plus or equivalent on that leg of travel only. If deciding to book Business, First Class, or equivalent, you must pay the upgrade difference using your personal credit card. After you complete the booking through AllFly, you will receive a confirmation email. All flights are to be booked exclusively through AllFly Quest.
Q: Do I need a passport and/or a travel visa?
A: Check UK visa requirements based on your citizenship. You can check and apply through Ivanti’s trusted partner here: CIBTvisas | Egencia Partner Portal
US Travelers to UK will need to apply for the ETA VISA. You can do this directly with the UK.GOV website HERE
If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact immigration@ivanti.com or rebecca.yang@ivanti.com. For a hotel letter confirming your reservation, contact us at ivanti@rnepartners.com
Q: Can I bring my children with me on this trip?
A: President’s Club is limited to the Ivanti Club winner and one adult guest of 18 years or older and is considered a work event. All travel, meals, functions, and activities are arranged for the Club winner and one guest only. Therefore, Ivanti will only pay for expenses directly related to the President’s Club for you and your adult guest.
It is your personal decision to have your children accompany you on this trip beyond your one (1) adult guest included in your President’s Club invitation. Extra guests beyond this will be your own personal expense, based on air and hotel availability, and not included in Club’s contractual obligations (i.e., agency air fees, additional room fees, bedding type, meals, activities, and airfare). Children may not attend any Presidents Club related tours, activities or functions.
Q: Can I arrive early and/or extend my stay?
A: Yes. If you would like to extend your stay, please indicate your extension request during online registration. You will then be contacted by an RNE team member to review availability and additional costs. Reminder — the cost of any additional days is your personal responsibility. You will need to confirm the arrangements and provide a credit card for payment.
Q: Can I arrive late or leave early?
A: Modifying the program dates is not permitted. We ask that if you cannot attend the full program, you decline the invitation to attend.
Q: When will the President’s Club mobile app be available?
A: You will receive an email about one week prior to travel with instructions on how you and your guest can download the President’s Club mobile app. Make sure both you and your guest download the app!
The app will provide the following, and more:
An agenda for each day of your trip
Transportation information for getting to and from the airport
Activity information
Group functions information
Departure flight information
A chat function so you can easily connect with other attendees and RNE event staff
Once you’ve downloaded the app, be sure to try it out before your departure!
Q: What if I need medical assistance during this trip?
A: As an Ivanti employee traveling for a work function, you are covered by our Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance plan and travel assistance services through AIG. Any travel insurance that you decide to purchase for your guest is at your discretion and at your personal expense.
Q: Does the President’s Club trip have any tax implications for me?
A: Yes — there might be tax implications related to expenses associated with your guest
As an Ivanti employee, your expenses (employee airfare, hotel, meals, etc.) are not taxable because President’s Club is classified as a work function. However, the expenses associated with your guest (e.g., guest airfare, meals, activities, transportation) are considered taxable income and are subject to your local tax laws. Ivanti will temporarily increase your gross pay to account for the incremental tax burden on you. You will see this reflected in your paycheck (or paychecks) after the event, depending on the pay schedule in your country. For further questions, please reach out to your HR Business Partner..
